Hello my name is joseph and i am a member of the media action group for mental health.
I am a carer and i am a member of the north staffs carers association .I also do mental health work I joined the Media Action Group For Mental Health three and half years ago and it has helped me in a lot of ways and i really enjoy attending these meetings The staff are very helpful and it is a friendly enviroment to be in. They do a good service and any body is welcome to become a TalkBank member.
Today the group have been doing different things icluding:
Writing a letter to the sentinel
&
Working on the quiz section of the Talk Bank Times next issue
i have been doing a mind blog.
