Monday's Meeting

Well, what can I say? We had a visit from Joel Moors, a journalist from BBC Radio Stoke, who talked us through the work they do there and gave us an insight into how their studios work. Very interesting. Joel was very amenable and was open to ideas on how we can work with them to publicise our cause - that is, tackling stigma. A big thanks to everyone who attended and let's keep up the good work. We're planning more talks throughout the year so keep an eye on this post for updates.

Next week we'll be back around the table discussing the next issue of the Talkbank Times and collecting contributions from everyone who wants to be involved. If anyone thinks of anything in the meantime, please feel free to contact the editorial team (me) at talkbanktimes.org.uk

Until next time, keep the ideas coming!

Hello Talkbank!

Nice to see your blog and glad you met Joel - I've worked with him in the past and he's a great bloke.

Hope things are going from strength to strength and it will soon be Sanity Fair time too - bring it on!!!

Hello "(me)" :-)
Well, what can I say? The Monday meeting with Joel was most informative and very light-hearted. It was a productive, positive meeting, with the slightest hint of surreal humour.
Look forward to hopefully adding some input to the Talkbank Times.
Y'all have a nice day!
Warm wishes from Klahanie.
